Summary of Coverage's
| This coverage is designed for the horse
operation that has horses belonging to other people in their "care,
custody, & control" for boarding, training, breeding, etc. The policy
provides coverage for you if a customer's horse is injured, killed or stolen and
you are held responsible by either the owner or their insurance company.
The policy contains two limits of liability. One limit applies per horse and the other is a maximum limit for such things as a trailering accident or barn fire where more than one horse might be injured or killed in the same accident. This policy provides for the payment of all legal defense costs associated with a claim or lawsuit. |
